THE CURRENT STATE
“The lighthouse embodies a historical memory that must be preserved and, thanks to the charm that surround these locations, it is possible to transform them and riconvertirle in a model halfway between tourism, the environment and architecture recovered, that, if well balanced, it represents an opportunity to make culture and business at the same time”.

DESIGN IDEA
With the project Value Country – Dimore, the State property Agency has established a network of heritage of great historical and artistic value and landscape, including the lighthouse Brucoli, selected on the whole national territory to be recovered and reused for touristic and cultural development of the territories according to a model of lighthouse accommodation, respectful of the landscape and the environment, in the contexts of the coastal chosen stand out for their sheer beauty and maximum fragility;
The company Azzurra Capital is the owner, since January 2017, of the fifty-year concession for the use of the lighthouse of Brucoli and its enhancement and destination to “luxury LightHouse” with 5 star hotel finishes.
The lighthouse of Brucoli, with D. D. G. of the Regional Department for Cultural Heritage and Sicilian identity n.582 of 3/03/2015 has been declared of monumental interest pursuant to art.10, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree No. no 42/2004.
