Total Refurbishment project for indoor and outdoor areas of the Mall Vulcano Buono designed and projected by Archi star Renzo Piano.
Total area 450.000 m2, 160 shops over 2 concentric floors, 23 restaurants located in two different food courts, one integrated Hotel with 143 keys managed by IHG group, one THE Space Cinema complex with 9 cinemas spot for 2.500 seats, over 12,000 car parks.
We projected, designed and manufactured all the millworks, kitchen, living area, closets, shelving, vanities and walking closets.
Master bedroom Bed and night stands, Guest bedrooms closets, beds and accessories.
A fancy spot on Rosemary square in the very hearth of City Place district. We supplied all the FF&E furniture of the bar and dehor with the totally custom made approach of Meyer Davis architect Studio skill, which designed together our technical assistance the entire collection of armchairs, bar stools and tables of the patio of the Restaurant.
We have worked directly together with RELATED COMPANY the property company of the structure, managed by Hilton Hotel as tenant, and projected designed and manufactured all the fittings for the 2 outdoor restaurants of the Hotel and all the pool deck furniture and cabanas.
We totally custom made starting from the single and king size sunbeds including the shapes of the pads and cushions of each of them.
49 Units Luxury Condo Complex, 5 private swimming pools, tropical garden, controlled private access. We supplied for each unit the following: Gres porcelain tiles, wood flooring where selected, the faucets and mixers for bathrooms, and shower enclosures. Complete Kitchens, Bathrooms Vanities, Mirrors, complete custom made Closets.
Single house for 5400 sqft. We supplied Kitchen, pantries, countertop, Master and Guest bathrooms vanities, entire millworks, bookcase, complete closet sets for bedrooms.
Two stories building 12000 sqft. We conceived, projected, and drawn the shop drawings, and we are now producing Kitchen, Pantries, Master bedroom with Master Bed, walking Closet, Closet set for the entire villa, millworks, bathrooms, vanities, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and stainless steel and tempered glasses shower enclosures.

the MEP systems for a unique 7-story micro-unit development in Jersey City. The 44,000 square foot facility consists of 120 “micro-units” on floors 1-6. The basement level, which opens to the street, contains a Café, Laundry Room and Bicycle Storage. There is also a common gym on the 1st floor. The MEP systems include high efficiency multi-zone conditioning systems, commercial kitchen exhaust system, domestic hot water heating plant, new electrical service, fire/standpipe service and fire alarm system.

111 West 57th Street is a supertall residential project by developers JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group in midtown Manhattan in New York City. The development will be a combination of the original landmarked Steinway Building designed in 1925 by Warren & Wetmore, and a new tower addition on the adjacent site.
Not including several stories of steel frame retained from the former parking garage, construction has reached street level on the 19-story, 56-unit mixed-use building under development at 152 East 87th Street, on the Upper East Side.
The new building from alert tipster Richard Chused, is still being developed by Rose Associated and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs. Now, however, it will be 19 stories tall (rising to 206 feet) with 72 residential units (up from 54). The palatially-sized homes will have ceiling heights to match, and even though the tower will only have 31 floors, it will stand 469 feet to its roof.
Demolition of what many know as Girard Square in Center City will begin this summer and construction of a new development called East Market will begin in earnest. That initial phase will include constructing a 17-story tower that will have the first two levels dedicated to 160,000 square feet of retail space and the remainder an apartment structure with 322 units.
